I have paid my o2 bill on 10 November as required and it has been confrmed and gone out my bank, So why am I am getting text threathening me I not paid my bill and saying be cut off--it is now 13 November

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
