I have paid my o2 bill on 10 November as required and it has been confrmed and gone out my bank, So why am  I am getting text threathening me I not paid my bill and saying be cut off--it is now 13 November

This is something for the Payment team on 0800 902 0217. 

 

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

@dddd It can take 48 hours for payment to clear O2's account, and possibly longer as your payment went over a weekend period. If you want to avoid problems like this going forward, set up a Direct Debit. It's what you're supposed to do, and there's no reason not to.
