Will these ever become available to payg customers?

Many MVNO and payg services offer this (smarty, voxi, iD Mobile)

I very much doubt for a while, it will be on MVNO's PAYG as the networks need to recoup their investment.

And one of the largest MVNo's Virgin Media no longer offer PAYG to new customers
This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
