Overcharged

Has anyone recently upgraded to the normally £26 a month ( but currently on offer for £15 a month ) tariff only to find that they are being charged £26 a month and not £15 as advertised ?

Have you then got in touch with O2 twice and been told each time that they will correct this error in the next 24 hours only to find that nothing has been done.

Or is it just me a customer who btw has been on O2 monthly tariff for the last 14 YEARS, yes 14 years of loyalty to be treated like this !

How long you've been a customer makes no difference at all if someone has made an error somewhere.
Have you got a bolt on giving you the discount?
Have you actually been billed incorrectly or is it just your MyO2 showing the full tariff?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Was it a sim only tariff? In December I took out a 1/2 price sim only for 6 months. It was  £18 in total. First 6 months charged £9.00 now it's gone back to £18. Just a thought...

The discount should appear as about on in My O2. If it's not showing when you are  billed you need to keep on at customer service I'm afraid.

It always will and the discount is applied via a bolt on as I mentioned originally.
