Other providers give much more data for the money yet I get a miserly 25 GB for my £15 pm. I've been an O2 customer for seventeen years or so. Just not good enough. Always offering deals for new customers whilst forgetting loyal customers.

Best thing to do on PAYG is to just port out and move to another network that offers you the best value for your money.

Keeping in mind that other network may not cover all the areas you frequent in the same way O2 does, as well, @Sliever75 - still, if you have poor service in one area, after a month, repeat the process suggested by @madasaf1sh above. Good luck!

New customers get the same deal as existing customers on PAYG.

If you want to keep O2 signal look at Giffgaff
