Decided I wanted to try something different from my Samsung S23+. I've been using Samsung since the S3.
As Voxi had a good price and as the Mrs had a Voxi SIM I thought I would treat myself
Now here is where things diverge from O2. It was late Friday Night I jumped. 9.45 pm. The phone was delivered Saturday at 12.15pm so 14.5 hours from order to delivery.
Of course the pixel has only one SIM slot and that is being taken up by my main SIM. Nothing for it but to jump to an O2 eSIM. So far 7 hours later that has not been delivered to MyO2. I'm not desperate and it will be interesting to see if it takes longer for O2 to deliver an eSIM than it did Voxi to deliver a phone.
Thinking of running a sweep on this one

End of Day Two in the O2 house
The social media team have now emailed me a security code with request for information which I have supplied
They have now gone off to bed, but I will give them an alarm call tomorrow.

Latest update
It appears there is a plastic SIM showing active stuck in MyO2, but not the latest one which has been deactivated! It's something from legacy and they can't remove it. This is preventing a new eSIM being presented to My O2
The only way out is either for me to go to an O2 shop or have one sent in the post.
I can't presently get to a shop. Hopefully the replacement will arrive before the end of next year.
Seriously considering taking out my account balance and moving networks
I'll give them to the 31st

The only certainty with O2 is that when they mess up they go BIG!
