Solved: Order not been delivered? - Page 2

Hi there ,
Can anyone tell me what courier will be used to deliver my handset my delivery date was today but it's not showed up nothing at all has been delivered and I have been in all day awaiting for the delivery I have tried my best to track it via O2 but there is no tracking in myo2 that I can find I'm just a bit worried that it's not been delivered can any1 help?

It means it is completed from O2's side. It has been sent to the courier for dispatch...

However if you haven't received it as you expected....until you do ...it is O2's job to chase it up for you...

"Complete" means it has left O2 and is with the courier.
Get onto CS in the morning to chase it up for you.

Complete means it has left the o2 warehouse.

Did your email confirm today as delivery? I suspect it will be there tomorrow

Just use these numbers to contact O2 tomorrow... ~~No good guessing who the courier is?~~
