Order not been delivered?

Hi there ,
Can anyone tell me what courier will be used to deliver my handset my delivery date was today but it's not showed up nothing at all has been delivered and I have been in all day awaiting for the delivery I have tried my best to track it via O2 but there is no tracking in myo2 that I can find I'm just a bit worried that it's not been delivered can any1 help?

Thanks form lol the comments guys I contacted CS there ! Delivery is delayed they will deliver tomorrow thanks again!!

Did you receive an email from o2 confirming delivery arrangements? The carrier details and information on how to track your parcel would be on there.

Sounds like UK Mail (search the forum for complaints about them) but really you should be calling CS as it is still o2's responsibility until you receive the phone.

Yes I did but in the email I only got a tracking code but nothing else and on the email it said I can track via myo2 but there is nothing in my O2 at all for tracking it .. I'm a bit worried because in my O2 its giving me all my allowance details and I got an email about my bill being due today but I don't see how this can be because I ain't even got the phone never mind activate the phone or SIM card

Your account is generated as soon as the phone is dispatched - hence you seeing a bill.
O2 will refund you the days you are waiting for delivery so don't worry about that bit.

Is there not a "recent orders" section in your My O2 ?

The email would tell you which courier it is with. Did The email confirm delivery date? I.e. did the email confirm it had been despatched?

Hi @Anonymous  Until you receive the phone it is O2's responsibility. Do not be fobbed off with them telling you to contact UK Mail. Please ring O2 CS on the contact us numbers at the bottom of the page...and ask them to sort this out

Ok so I found my orders page lol the status of the order is "complete" what does this mean that it's been delieverd ?? It was due for delivery today from 8am until 5pm still nothing been in all day also when I click track my order comes up on ukmail with nothing found I'm getting a bit worried now
