I've received a text from O2 at 22.17 this evening,Confirming my order has gone through but I have not made an order. When I checked om my O2 the order is for a sim card, my contract doesn't run out till June 2026 so I'm not sure what to do about this.
I can't find a number to contact O2 and the virtual assistant doesn't bring up the options to questions I ask it.
Any help would be appreciated.
