Hello is anyone else having trouble trying to speak to someone at 02! I have been trying since Thursday and now a total hours of 12 waiting in HOLD!!

We do seem to be getting more complaints of late 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Contacting O2 via social media might be the answer ; the social media team are well thought of and whilst you might need to remind them on a couple of occasions, that is not as onerous as hanging on the 'phone.
