Apart from Vodafone, there isn't really much in any of them.

Quite enlightening really....Though as they haven't actually provided a breakdown of complaint content we can only guess. I realise it's an overall rating but it would be interesting to see it in more detail

I have two cousins who changed recently from Voda because of problems. Both paid off their contracts to leave and Voda do seem to be in decline I'm afraid.

Aahahahahaahha. I think Vodafone paid them not enough so they decided to teach them.
It is unofficial but Ofcom is nothing. Just plain nothing. You could completely eliminate them and nothing would change. What you think how they are making money. Google Ads may be .....
They get funds from mobile and other communication companies.
I have spoken with one of them and when she started O2 protectionism her reputation just went down the pipe. They like the same O2 but with other name. I asked her joking is Ofcom subsidiary of Telefonica. She was confused for a moment and did not answer properly.
So please forget about Ofcom as they need to make money to pay her a salary which I suspect is for a graduate £35.000.
