I am really annoyed. I have just received notification of my latest bill to find that the tariff has gone up. I called O2 to find out why I had not been informed, and they told me that notifications went into O2 shops in December and that it is in the terms and conditions of the contract.
Bearing in mind I don't go to O2 shops and have not got a contract (I just let it run on) this is an appalling way to treat a longstanding O2 customer. O2 clearly don't care much about their customers.
