OTP code not being received

I’ve recently joined 02 and had a problem receiving OTP codes from my bank Santander,

Judging by the number of other posts, this seems to be a common issue.

I was able to rectify the problem by doing a phone reset.

Do you mean a network reset, a phone reset to defaults, or simply a full reboot of the handset, @Roy2507?

For some reason Santander comes up a lot. Did the same when I was with the Virgin Mobile Community 

About time banks gave up on these. 

Thankfully mine has.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Actually, @Roy2507 rectified it himself, if you care to reread his post, @Oxonian - and I asked for clarification on the type or manner of reset that helped in this case.
