Seriously?
I have spent 3.5hrs trying to get through on phone - longest I hung about was just over an hour
I have spent 1.5hrs being passed from pillar to post on your chat, I have been in touch with Social media and even been in one of o2 shops - all I want to do is terminate contract and get as far away from o2 as I can but is proving damn near impossible
