Hi, got a text from o2more. If I text stop to 20502 will I be charged for my text.

Also I saw in another thread you could turn off spam from myo2 but I can't find any options that allow me to do that.

The text is free to send.
The options you need are under the last tab on the right in your MyO2.
I’ll post a screenshot in a short while.

@Guevara In your MyO2 you need to go to 'Manage my details', and then scroll down to 'Contact Preferences'. You should be able to stop any spam from there.

Hers's the screenshot, you'll need your phone to receive a security text when you go into the settings.

After this page click on "Find out more" which is when the text will be sent.

@Bambino thanks for that, I have now un-ticked all the boxes, so maybe that will help.

@MI5 I saw your screenshot in another thread, however my page isn't quite the same. Looks like Bambino's has the same interface as me though so problem solved. Thanks guys!

O2 more needs to be stopped by sending the free text though anyway, but glad you found the settings for any other "spam" wink
