Is anyone else have problems logging into O2 today?

I am ok logging into the community forum, however, when I try to go to My O2 to check my account, it says various messages each time I try to access it.  One message says it is unavailable, another message says that my web browser does not support the page.

I have the latest IE and I have deleted my cookies and browser history.

Seems OK here - maybe try a different browser if you have one installed.

No problems here either. I'd be inclined to try a different browser as suggested above. When the MyO2 plays up, I'm usually successful logging on through Firefox instead of Chrome.

Yes I have that choice as well Charlie. I use FF on laptop and Chrome on my Note Happy Dance

I have actually removed IE from laptop....it wasn't serving my needs at all well

Ah, I've done the same thing with IE.. But I've just updated my laptop to w10 and haven't had a chance to try out the new "Edge" browser.

I've heard good things about it, but I'm still sceptical lol. But, that's for the w10 thread.

Let us know if you get your myo2 working though.

Working ok here too.

The Edge browser seems to be pretty basic and not one I will be using.
