Just had this text from O2 about my mobile sim only contract.

 

O2: The Priority tier you're in at the moment lets you upgrade on 23-Dec-2013. Go into any O2 shop or visit o2.co.uk then. Thanks.

 

Why remind me in March of my upgrade date thats still 9 months away in December?

I have received two in the last month saying:

 

"O2: You can upgrade with O2 Rewards on 20/06/2014 or upgrade now with FT Upgrade for £250. Call 202 or go to upgrades.o2.co.uk"

 

Like you, I have no idea why they started sending them out this early?

 

Maybe too many customers were sitting without upgrading and they just sent mass reminders?
