Hi @Anonymous  Welcome to the forum

I can't understand what payg tariff you are on if you have topped up £230 in 3 weeks?

You should look at your account online and see what is costing so much

http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

O2 do two main PAYG tarriffs Big Bundle and Big Talker.....both are explained in this link

http://www.o2.co.uk/tariffs/payandgo

I just wonder if you are on the old basic tariff which is flat rate with no allowances?

You need to ring CS on 4445 and discuss the amount of your top ups and see if you can change to something more suitable

That's an extraordinary amount of top ups in three weeks. Check in My O2 to check your tariff. Are you streaming or tethering? It might make better sense to get a monthly Simplicity tariff but we can advise better if you let us know your present tariff.
