How long do o2 orders normally take because it’s been over a week and not heard a thing and contacting o2 doesn’t provide any answers lol

You need to call customer service http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus use the 03 number on link unless you already have an o2 phone.
You may have been referred for credit checks or your phone might be out of stock, but only customer service can tell you.

@Adam1996 If it's an iPhone that you've ordered, it may well be out of stock. You can use this link to check: http://iphonestockchecker.co.uk/

 

Edited, as the link provided to track orders doesn't work. Maybe instead of spending millions on useless crap adverts, O2 ought to spend a little on fixing the links on their website.

The order tracking link works fine http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/how-to-track-your-order#qs but is useless until the customer receives the dispatch email with tracking details.
It won't show an order status before that point in time.

If you click on the first link in my post it doesn't work. I get an 'Oops' page. That link was copied and pasted from the URL. The second link, which looks the same, was copied and pasted from a post in a thread posted by @Cleoriff.

That's because you have a space at the end of your first link.
You must have hit the spacebar before typing the @ sign so it rolled it all together.
If you click the first link then backspace on the end of the URL on the Oooops page, it works.

I didn't the first time I posted it. That's why I deleted it. Why does your link have #qs on the end of it?
