Edited, as the link provided to track orders doesn't work. Maybe instead of spending millions on useless crap adverts, O2 ought to spend a little on fixing the links on their website.

The order tracking link works fine http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/how-to-track-your-order#qs but is useless until the customer receives the dispatch email with tracking details.
It won't show an order status before that point in time.

That's because you have a space at the end of your first link.
You must have hit the spacebar before typing the @ sign so it rolled it all together.
If you click the first link then backspace on the end of the URL on the Oooops page, it works.
