Hello,
Not quite sure if this is the right place to post this but I'll try anyway.
For almost two weeks now I have terrible reception on my mobile phone. After consulting the O2 Service Status tool on your website I got the following response:
Sorry, there's a mast near you that isn't working due to fire damage. We`re working to fix the problem.
We apologise for any inconvenience.
This was two weeks ago. When will this issue be adressed and the necessary repairs made?
Regards,
Stefan

They have however been known to erect a temporary mast though they seem to be saved for music festivals and sporting events.
Yeah....my son (with O2) benefits from a brilliant mobile signal at the end of June every year.......when he is at Glastonbury for 5 days.....

Hi @Curr946,
Its an interesting question! Unfortunately, this is not something that occurs at the moment no. The best way to let O2 know about issues in a certain area is to report it via the the O2 Service Status page. Have you used this feature before?
