O2 live chat.... Has it ever worked for anyone???? POINTLESS

I've made about 5 attempts to try and use the apparently convenient facility of 'live chat' only to end up completely frustrated.... Waiting to connect for at least 15mins each time, only to then suddenly get disconnected half-way through the conversation got absolutely no reason... Absolutely USELESS and a complete waste of time.... Whatever happened to providing a contact email address and the option yo deal with one person rather than about a hundred and having to explain every time where the conversation got to during the last attempt to get a phone upgrade???? Disappointing doesn't really describe it...

Live chat has its uses but not really when it's account based.
They have had their success stories.

Use 202 contract or 4445 Payg for that.

They re open tomorrow morning.

Success rate for me has been ok by and large for online chat but for anything account related I always call 202.

Completly useless - you sit around waiting while the support person deals with one of the other 50 customers he's supporting at the same time - eventually when you do get a reply, it's a bland useless response!

On the few occasions when I have needed to use Live Chat, it has been helpful and the problems were solved.

I have no complaints.

Yes and No. My problems have been solved, but the solutions have created more problems... I blame the system though. My situation was meant to be simple but has turned into a right mess, so I'm going in store now as I can't be bothered typing out the story again and again... Your problem seems to focus on a connection, and useless responses, maybe they don't know how to help you, or you're not clear about what you want. Try making a clear-cut question for them.
