O2 international favourites - number not recognised

Every time I call the designated number for the person a voice keeps telling me number not recognised and to try again! I have checked my bolt on and it's still active and all accounts paid up in full. It's now almost 18 hours since the service failed and I am not happy!
Your customer service representative stated there was an issue but no idea what or how long it will take to be fixed. Not good enough O2 I'm afraid.

If they are aware of the issue then hopefully they are on it and will resolve the problem as soon as possible. Given that you were told this (and I'm sure you were given correct info) I think I would be calling them again today to verify it is a known issue and to see if they can give you a better estimation of the time involved to fix it.
