This is an update for all of the ppl waiting for their phones to be delivered, just like me... my phone has just been delivered!!!!!!!!!! Shocker!!!!! After placing my order on 2nd Dec, and being fobbed of ever since with excuses, it has finally arrived.. keep an eye on your text messages from dpd guys!!! I hope you all get what you're owed too!! Merry Christmas 🎅🏼 🎄

Ordered a phone on the 30/11/24 and still wating for the phone on the 20/12/24.......been in contact with O2 and just get stupid excuses. They took £70 from my bank account quick enough though, when I asked to cancel the order they said I could'nt because the order was being processed. I keep getting text messages every day saying "Our courier will be in contact" why do we put up with second rate customer service, this is absolutly pathetic. Not even an offer for compensation what a second rate company, when the phone is delivered I will not accept and return. I will go with another service provider.

Not sure if my previous post shows.

 

i spoke to o2 and they basically said the issue was only resolved on the 17th and they intended to have all orders out by the 20th but now can not guarantee the orders will arrive before Christmas. This was an internal update they received today and the chat agent shared with me.

I ordered on 29th Nov, still nothing. Customer service has been appalling. I was lied to again last week when they said it had been processed. Can't cancel because the order hasnt been processed.I almost feel like I'm being scammed

Spoke 2 o2 This morning, apparently they will not be shipping orders over the weekend as the wearhouse is closed and any remaining orders will start to be shipped on the 23rd. They again said it is highly likely that a lot of orders will not arrive before Xmas, This includes mine. O2 are a joke if anyone gets a dispatch email over the weekend please let us know because o2 clearly don’t know what the right and left hand is doing.

It's just a pity that they wouldn't just tell us the *bleep* truth and stop giving everyone hope that their delivery will be sorted before Christmas lying gits 🤬🤬🤬

I ordered an iPad and an iPhone 16 on the 8th of December, and they’ve still not been delivered, despite them telling me I should receive them before Christmas, but it’s the 21st December today, so I highly doubt that now. The communication from O2 is ridiculously poor and I’m so disappointed. I’ve received no updates either, the only email I have from them is from the 8th, confirming my order.

After another conversation with o2 this is what I have found out, absolutely fuming.

 

no orders to be processed over the weekend 

last collections for DHL was yesterday 20th 

last collections drop DPD today 21st (had to have been booked yesterday) 

 

 

so it seems my slef and whoever else is waiting for a device that’s not yet been shipped will be waiting until after Christmas and possibly into the new year, unless o2 can some how make an agreement with DPD, but let’s be honest they have lied constantly so I doubt they will even bother. 

has anyone received any notification for dispatch today (21st) ?
