O2 Website really rather poor - a reflection of the company?

it's a pain in the backside to negotiate

If you weren't after an iPhone, O2 weren't interested in you - presumably it'll just be all about the Pre now everyone else can sell the iPhone

O2 rarely update it - the W995 is still apparently a "new" phone a mere 6 months or so after it was released

there's no "coming soon" - is it really so hard for 02 to let people know what's in the pipeline? or are they so poor at their own business, they don't actually know?

I'm almost to the point where I'm thinking of going back to Voda when my contract is up in a few months (reading on here how hard getting a decent upgrade is out of O2 doesn't help)

i hate the O2 website, it just isnt user friendly at all. I hate having to trawl throught it to find things.

I find just as you think you've got it, they move it around and change all the links.

Many of these take you to error pages, large chunks go down regularly for "maintenance".

I wonder if the designers ever tried to use it? 😐

A week or so back someone clicked to the Simplicity 12 Month page, which told you that you had just bought a new phone?

I tried it myself and it did!!!!!

I agree.. its a terrible site, both to navigate and to use.

and the maintenance is continual..
