I never used it @Philip5000

There are far better email clients available nowadays. Webmail was creaking to a halt as O2 had no intention of ploughing money in to support it.

I don't think there is any chance at all that they will reinstate it...

O2 webmail was awful. Writing a long email risked it being deleted before you had finished composing so was really frustrating. It was very basic and I eventually used it only for registration on certain sites.

What they do need to bring back is email contact for customer service. Even that was poorly handled before and apart from the acknowledgement email, could take a week to be answered. For a telecoms company, not to have email contact, is quite backward in it's approach to customer service.

@jonsie

I just think they would have to employ more staff to support email contact. I can't see that happening. Also having email means expectations of customers rise when they think they will get an answer quickly (Like nomal companies)

I feel they would be disappointed. slight_frown

@Philip5000 There's no hope, and Bob Hope. O2 don't even have an email address to contact them. Pretty forward thinking for a telecommunications company, don't you think?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
