O2 - UK B40 4G... (and what are 5G speeds like!)

I recently noticed a speed enhancement while using O2's 4G+, and it seems to be B40 4G being deployed in more areas after the 5G launch.

What speeds have you all been getting on B40 4G / 4G+ on O2 - UK?

Also what are 5G speeds like??

There is a couple of more although not as readily available as the brands I mentioned. LG is hard to get too. I managed to locate a lg v50 from a reputable source. Although stock levels will be scarce.
