So my 90 days is up and I can switch up, I've put the package together got to the send contract info and contract summary then get this message
I only have 3 other lines (4 including the one I'm trying to switch up) anybody have any ideas?

So I went in to the O2 store today and got the same issue, which I think was due to the store not having the handset in stock and would have had to have it delivered to my home address, the system is massively flawed and the worry is it will either take O2/virgin a long time to change or they won't do anything, the service has become terrible since the merger and the 360 system is at the center, so many limitations of what is ment to be a better system than the last

So it seems this issue is still happening and hasnt been fixed, but I didn't expect anything else from o2
