This makes no sense...

I am staying in an area of London where signal isn't great for O2 (according to the coverage checker) so I thought well as I'll be relying on mobile data during my stay, I'll check which networks have the strongest signal and get one of their SIM cards for my mobile wifi device. Vodafone were down as having the strongest signal in the area of all the networks. I've noticed that with O2, I have one bar. With Vodafone, I have full bars on my mobile wifi device.

Speed test results: O2 4G+ 1 bar = 30.7 mbps download speeds vs 3.46 mbps download speeds on Vodafone 4G. How can Vodafone be so bad at full strength???

It looks like I didn't need my mobile wifi device after all as O2 is ok here for what I need.
Current devices: Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max, Apple iPad Pro 11” and Apple Watch Series 9 (all with O2)

It sounds to me like everyone knows voda give the best signal there so hundreds of people use it and it is congested.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Haha maybe so @MI5 still worked out better for me to just use 4G on my phone though!
