I upgraded to the Galaxy S20+ and have been having issues with the speakers. I got my S20+ delivered on the 10th. Today I've phoned up and I'm having a replacement S20+ sent out to me on Tuesday.

I asked the advisor if I was to have the same speaker issue, could you please tell me how long I have to decide that I want to send the S20+ back and get a completely different model such as the S20 Ultra. She replied with 30 days after the order date of the replacement handset. Is this true? Because the Guru in the O2 Shop was saying it's the original 14 days from when you got your original S20+ so I'm confused with two pieces of conflicting information.

Thanks!

If faulty o2 will replace within the first 30 days.
14 days is for change of mind if not faulty.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
