Hi, has anyone else had a poor service after losing a phone or it being stolen?

I've been waiting for days to just get a new phone ordered as I had to get a new sim card sent to me first. However, I don;t have a phone to put the sim card in while I wait to order my phone and I put it into a friend's iPhone and it doesn't work. You need a code to initiate the ordering of a phone in the My O2 portal but I can't retrieve this code without access to my text messages.

I've had several calls with O2 customer services since and no progress has been made. This has to be the worst process ever to get a new phone after losing one!

Your account would have had a restriction placed on it so now its needing to be removed before the sim will work

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
