O2 IT system has been down now for 2 days and I’ll trying to pick up my new fone but as the system is down once again it’s impossible to get through on the phone or get answers when it will be back up and running!!   O2 give us information

Down? Really? I did not notice - how did you know? Did Customer Services or a shop tell you so? We really do get some tall stories from the new VMO2 side 😉

The IT problems should now be resolved @Pete73 so you should be able to collect your new phone. 

I agree the downtime has been very frustrating, especially when you receive a text to say your new device is awaiting collection and the store are unable to process it!
