Peopel I am warning all of you to stay away from this company, they do not even care about their customers. i mean to speak to them you have to go into a live chat, not even calling. Please I urge all of you to go anywhere else because O2 is rubbish. Do not get yourself locked up like I did.

As my upgrade phone was not available last Saturday, I was told to return on Tuesday to pick it up. We agreed on Tuesday because I said that I could not make it on Monday or during normal working hours and I was assured that the store stayed open till 7pm on Tuesday, so I could come in.
To cut a long story short, I went in and there was no phone. No message had been left for me either. Could they not have contacted me to tell me that the phone had not been delivered?
I have since rung the store several times to enquire if the phone was available. Each time, I was told that I would get a call back. No one has returned my call or contacted me to give me an update on the new phone.
I was hoping to be able to get an email address that I could send a complaint to from your website, but the only options appear to be phoning (with the lack of response so far?) or writing a letter.
I am extremely disappointed with o2 and inclined to agree with the comment. Your customer care is lacking.
