Hi guys,

I’m sure many of you know what O2 Gurus are and how they can help you with almost any issue or advice that you need, and we’d love to hear your thoughts on them!

The can offer great advice, entertaining videos and even store sessions to keep you informed on the latest devices, O2-related campaigns and technical problems. I intend to hold some more specific thread discussions around some of the useful stuff they create for O2 customers, but for now, we’d love to hear from you and how you’ve used Gurus in the past.

Have you used Gurus before? What was the reason?
How helpful have you found them? Also, how did you interact with Gurus?

If you’re a little uninitiated with the wealth of great stuff that Gurus are involved with, check out their help page, youtube channel and they can even help with O2 Business topics.

We’re also looking into potential Guru involvement in future Virtual Interviews slight_smile

Look forward to hearing from you all!

It's funny how all companies create these fictious names for ordinary jobs. Crazy

I know why don't we call all of our environmental cleaners, magical removal people.

Although to be serious, I for one don't really think I know that much although I do occasionally have words of wisdom. Admittedly I am not good with Apple stuff.

Again @Toby  I can only say I have never used the O2 Guru service or their video links because of the reasons I gave earlier.... They may be helpful for some people but I will use the experts on here. Every time.

For me personally (and the way I learn) A video doesn't allow me to pause it...and ask a question.

There was some publicity for the videos when they started, but I've heard little of them since.

There were some good ones when O2 Money started.
