Not getting email notifications?

Hi guys,

Ok so for the last couple of weeks at least maybe longer I'm not getting any notifications of @mention? Is it a known bug atm or am I alone?

I've triple checked settings and reset them just to make sure, I'll mention myself now and see if it's changed! @gindygoo

There was a thread that this subject was raised in. Don't recall who is was that was having the same problems.

A couple of other members had problems with emails. We advised changing to Gmail (as I did in November last year) The email issue was solved. Some are still having problems with mentions though...

Ah I've got a gmail account, I'll swap over from hotmail to gmail and see if that works... I'd not ventured into that thread since the very start as it is so long, I'm a stickler for reading a whole thread before commenting (mostly) and it was daunting looking at the length of it.

I'll pop back and give myself a mention when I've switched emails! Thanks @Cleoriff hope this works!

Well your mention worked @gindygoo. I find, (if using my mobile to post) the mentions don't seem to work when writing.... When you actually post your reply , they magically have worked...:smileywink:

I did mine on the forum log in page....and also via My O2 @gindygoo...

Yes same as me @Anonymous. Cairdeas and gmarkj had the same issue with emails ..they changed to Gmail and the problem was solved
