Nokia N8

Hello everyone,
I have a Nokia N8 and i've list all the connectivity settings for it. When I had the phone (about one week ago) it was perfectly fine and then I had to do a master reset. There were about 5 various connections (O2 video, O2 active etc). I have sent "active" to 2020 but only get two settings one for PostpayWAP and the other postpayMMS. I think this is affecting the speed as I only get Edge instead of 3.5g as before.
I would be very grateful if someone could send me the settings for all the different connections. I rang O2 who said there are no personalised settings available for the N8 yet and only the general ones are available.

O2 GPRS settings (Mobile Web / Email):
Homepage: http://pda.o2.co.uk/ ( i change this to www.google.co.uk)
Access point: mobile.o2.co.uk
Username: mobileweb
Password: password
Session type: Continuous / permanent
Authentication: Normal
Security: Off
Note: The "Mobile Web" service must be enabled for these settings to work.
* We've also been told of an alternative username of 'faster', with a password of 'password'
