Solved: Nokia Lumia 620

I have a Nokia Lumia 620. For some reason I can't receive pictures in a text, anyone know what to do? I've looked on here and people are saying make sure your data is switched to roam which it is so a bit lost.

Hi,

You need data turned on to send and receive MMS Messaging although it does not actually use any data.

You may need to phone 02 to have your account provisioned for MMS to work.

Remember to send MMS is not free even if your on a contract.

35p for contract and 25p for payg

MMS does use data but it's designed around the old WAP protocols not the modern 3g/4g used nowadays.
You need to make sure the correct wap settings are in your MMS profiles in the apn settings on the phone.
Text the word "active" to 2020 to get the settings or use the Nokia network settings app from the app store.
