Hi, I've had no voice reception since yesterday and you phone customer services and keep going round and round trying to find the right option. Look on there website and they say they have a mast down. Try talking online to O2 and their online agents have been busy all morning.
So i have no one to ask when my signal will be up and no idea how to get any compensation.
Can anyone out there help please?

There is a problem and they're working on it, no other info will be available, if you phone and ask when service is back you might get a goodwill payment.

Hi - I'm having the same problem in NN8. The mast has been down since Tuesday morning, and for over 24 hours a third party has been looking at it. Just been on live chat and they suggested i call 202 from my mobile!!!! No further information at this time and no idea how long it will take!

There is no more they can tell you, O2 won't want it down any more than you do.
Hopefully it will be back on soon.
