I have had no service for 3 days, O2 are telling me there is no network problem in my area so why are 4 phones in our household showing NO SERVICE?

Speak to Cs when the mast is showing as good. Keep a running diary on usage.

O2 have been known to give a goodwill gesture even though they don't have to.
