My Mum recently changed phone, from an Android to an IPhone. She has used the same Sim in the IPhone that was in the Android. She is not receiving any service on the IPhone at all. I had heard from a couple of people that it could be because she went from Android to IPhone. We were wondering what she would need to do to resolve this. Thanks in advance.

Did you not get a new sim? It appears that your number has been disconnected and changed to a new sim. Call O2 using Skype if necessary

Wouldn't this have something to do with requiring iData to be provisioned?

That would be so if it was just data but she's getting no service on both sims. iData would need to be added but that seems to be a secondary issue at the moment.
