@AnonymousHave you checked the status here https://status.o2.co.uk/
Other help for you to try https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-can-I-sort-out-my-network-issues/ba-p/1014088
You could also download the My Network app and report issues via that route https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

All you can do is keep your eye on the status page. At least if they are aware of the problem it means they are working on resolving it. In the meantime if you are on contract then use TU over wifi at home.

hi, i've had no service since last thursday cos a mast signal is being blocked by something. The mast is about half a mile from my house. O2 text me yesterday the 11th and said i would be updated in 5 days or sooner if the problem was sorted to me that sounds like they are not interested, hopefully it's sorted or i jump ship to vodafone, they might even give me credit for the inconvenience. Come on sort it out.

Expect a nominal 2 weeks for a full repair and yes, once fixed, you will most likely get a goodwill gesture if you ask politely.
