No service at all

I thought the issues were fixed yesterday but I now have no service at all - calls, texts or data. I can’t call customer service as have no service! Live chat is busy and status checker brings up a message about yesterday’s issues being fixed. I need to be contactable for schools and hospital - what is going on ???
