No minutes left

Hi there,

i would appreciate if someone could help with my inquiry. I am running out of minutes but I still need to call. What can i do in order for me to top up or use my phone to call? My next minutes will be on January2 and since it is just Dec.30 I only have a couple of minutes left. Please tell me what to do.

thank you!

You can't buy a bolt on for extra minutes.

As you are on contract you will still be able to use your mobile but once your minutes run out you will be charged at your normal rates. Check on My O2 for call costs outside your allowance.

Use a landline, are you on contract or pay as you go? If its only 3 days away, you could buy a bolt on, use any texts you have instead of calling

I believe that O2 are unfairly deducting minutes from my 'free' 300 minutes per month on the Simplicity plan.  I have counted the 'minutes' I've used on the dialled numbers app and it doesn't tally with what they have deducted from my 300 minutes.

How much is the difference? Are you sure you are counting from the correct date each month?
