Have have just complained about not having enough signal to receive texts all the time so what do O2 do, send me a text to which they ask for a response !  I have no signal to do that !  Do these people have any intelligence whatsoever ? ?   Earlier in the year I complained that I could not receive calls, no signal, so again, they called me on the mobile to discuss.  When I used my landline to call about no action, they said we have called you several times on your mobile with no response - I wonder why  ? ?    Really disgusted with O2.

Sometimes, joining the dots can be an issue for O2, @ward0007.

Meantime, have you looked at the wonderful hints in this Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Also if you have good WiFi and broadband to your house, you may be able to use WiFi Calling, if your phone supports it: https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling

It might be worth getting the sim swapped out at an O2 store if convenient

O2 have been called many things.

Intelligent is definitely not something they can be accused of!
