OK its now 8th November and guess what''''''''''

  • Sorry we're currently investigating reports that a phone mast in this area isn't working.
This means you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending / receiving emails in this area.
Updated 09:04 (refreshed hourly). Recent faults might not show yet.

Gaydon again. Oh and why is it some handsets will work and some wont?
the person sitting next to me who is on (excuse me while I spit) 3 network is getting a reasonable signal.
Come on O2 Just tell us when it is likely to be ready I can at least plan round it.

We knew the date! slight_smile

Let's hope the mast is fixed soon for you, there's no way of knowing when the work will be finished.

To clarify, 3G is still down, standard phone calls and texts still go through. The odd thing is my phone and the phones of those around me still show a 3G connection.

I am based on the Jaguar Land Rover site at Gaydon. Before the 21st the 3G signal here was very good

Then you still need to ring o2 on 202 if pay monthly and report 3g data is down.

If you have a phone that can use the o2 mynetwork app download it and use that to do a speed test etc and report 3g is down

It may be down where you are but the rest of the network is not, we have n idea what you are asking if you don't help with the details.
