Hi

Some maintenance work is scheduled for the 25/10/13 , which may be affecting your area.

Keep checking yourself and to help try removing your SIM card and wiping it down and keep re booting your phone.

Good Morning,

 

I have been experiencing the network issues mentioned. Checking the service status regularly since Monday morning and has been constantly down.

This is the second time in the space of two months there have been extended service problems in the area. Would be nice if the problem was fixed properly this time.

Hi AndyP90.

It's frustrating I know.

O2 state they will repair things as quickly as possible in their T&C.

We are all customers here too apart from a couple of site staff.

I hope your service stabilises soon.

In the meantime for Pay Monthly Customers their is alternatives such o2's Tugo which works off home broadband Wifi.

Or WhatsApp and Viber for both monthly and payg customers.

Business customers can request a boost box.

  It's now been three days! Any chance of getting this sorted? Or at least an estimated time for completion. Not happy with O2 (Telefónica) as this seems to happening more and more with the O2 (Telefónica) network. May have to consider switching providers.   Cheerio

I've never known a timeframe be announced for running repairs......

Just search these forums time scale is never given.

 

A mast fix can be complicated by many factors. Access over land / buildings, availability of parts etc etc.

 

Some take a day some take weeks to fix

 

So this mast is on private land at land rover hq? I would guess site access permission has to be granted etc
