I have been a customer with O2 since June, as i had heard good things about this phone provider. 

As of yesterday morning, my phone did not work for a whole 24 hours unless i was connected to wifi. I am disgusted with the service and help i recieved, i missed important calls and emails due to this happening. 

I'm also annoyed as i pay my contract on time every month with out a problem, and i do not expect to be paying money to be unable to use my phone. 

Obviously many other loyal customers have also been affetcted by this. What will be done about the problem?
