I find the phone line utterly useless!! My sister is seriously ill and needs her phone bill paying. The hospital have helped her to the point they were on the phone to O2 yesterday for 1hr 20mins!! They passed on an O2 number given to them for me to call and settle the bill, but the phone line has me going around in circles. I have a reference number and everything. So much for helping vulnerable customers. A complete joke! I've personally been with O2 for many, many years and give onver £50 a month, and have never missed a payment. But do they look after their customers, or my vulnerable sister? Absolutely not!!

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Also, press Upgrade, Fraud or Lost and Stolen if given that option.
