Like many others I have been unable to contact O2 by chat line (no-one available) or phone (3 dropped calls after a long wait each time). I understand there will be difficulties after yesterday's outage but I am using the only device available to me to report a lost mobile phone officially. If there is misuse by someone who finds my phone (none apparent to date from my account), I do not expect to be charged for that misuse.
I am astounded that there isn't a simple on line way to report this loss without need to chat/speak to someone.
