No Complaints department email?

I am astounded that O2 has the nerve to think that it is in the 'communications' industry and secondly that they are under the misapprehension that they are providing a service to customers. Over the past 4-5 days I have tried to find a human being to talk to - apparently there are none working for the company - on top of which, this 'modern' communications company can only be contacted by 'snail mail' and does not have an email address for its customers to reach it on. Why?

When you ring 202 you can get through to a human you know you just have to press the right button

Clearly the OP has some sort of gripe with O2.

At the bottom of each page of the o2 website there is a link to 'contact us'.  Or, if you want to speak to someone, you can call 202 from your mobile or 0844 809 0202 from a landline.  Both have option systems where you choose which department you want to speak to.

Even with my gripes with O2 I know you can speak to someone!

Getting them to understand your issue is a different matter altogether though.
