I am astounded that O2 has the nerve to think that it is in the 'communications' industry and secondly that they are under the misapprehension that they are providing a service to customers. Over the past 4-5 days I have tried to find a human being to talk to - apparently there are none working for the company - on top of which, this 'modern' communications company can only be contacted by 'snail mail' and does not have an email address for its customers to reach it on. Why?

Pardon me while I laugh.
Contact details?
If you mean totally automated reply services, instant messaging with a polite person in India who cannot help you and a snail mail address to a faceless company who are as likely to help as fly to the moon.........
I may sound antiquated, but I want to speak to a human being or send an email to a relevant department
