Anyone ordered a Switch 2 (just console or the game bundle) from O2 on monthly payments? Just interested to know what your order tracking in your MyO2 has to say?

I’ve just been in contact with O2 and they said it means its currently awaiting stock and that it’ll be delayed up to a week but will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Did they give any indication on when they’d be getting stock?

They said wait up to a week and that by then they should of sent out an email to say its been dispatched so im guessing there having some new stock in sometime over the next few days

I wouldnt hold your breath on that information, i have just been speaking to the support at facebook and raised an actual complaint now, apparently it was never in stock on the day or after and shouldnt of allowed orders which they have now fixed to the "out of stock" message, they were expecting a redelivery on the 9th which didnt happen, and now it could be weeks as they need to wait for the restock, i have just been informed early july is the expected date, so regardless of it it says upto 2 to 3 days like mine or 4 weeks like others its all going to be fulfilled in the next delivery. my issue isnt that i have to wait, its that 2 members of staff didnt inform me that the item was out of stock and my order page showing 2 to 3 days, its miss leading and upto yet the complaints team agree. lets just hope we all get them sooner rather than later, good luck all who are waiting.

That’s really disappointing. I had a feeling we would be waiting weeks. I’m hoping they get a restock soon.

Mine has just changed to this so lets hope tracking details are coming today

Mine is now saying this hopefully it will come this week and I will receive my tracking details soon

What does yours say and When did you order yours? And did yours originally say 4 weeks?

Mines just changed and now says processing still but it has a new bit saying "this part of the order's already been sent, will update if i get any tracking info etc (i ordered june 5th at 9.40pm)

Just got a text from dhl saying its been collected and i will be recieving it tomorrow. Wooooo. Hope you all get the same information !!!!
